Hi, I'm Jennifer
Helping professionals replace uncertainty with clarity for more than 17 years.
As an Educational Psychology career specialist, I believe your career decisions shouldn't be based on guesswork. My approach combines science-backed assessments, practical career insights, and personalized guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
Whether you're considering a career change, recovering from burnout, returning to the workforce, or simply searching for a career that feels more meaningful, my goal is simple:
To help you stop guessing and start moving forward with confidence.
My Story
Career Navigator was founded in 2009 on one simple belief:
People deserve career decisions based on clarity—not guesswork.
I hold a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University with a specialization in career development, where I studied the science behind career decision-making—not just résumé writing or job searching.
During graduate school, I developed career counseling services at Blinn College before launching Career Navigator, where I've spent more than 15 years helping professionals navigate meaningful career decisions.
My Approach
Career decisions shouldn't be based on guesswork.
My process combines scientifically grounded assessments, psychological insight, and real-world labor market data to help clients understand not only what they're good at—but why certain careers are likely to be fulfilling, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.
Rather than offering generic advice, I combine scientifically grounded assessments, practical career strategy, and real-world labor market insights to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Why Career Navigator?
You don't need more opinions.
You need clarity.
My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, knowing your next step is grounded in science, aligned with your strengths, and designed for the life you want to build.
Because clarity isn't just about finding another job.
It's about building a career - and a life - you'll love.
